1st: If the package is not shipped out, full refund without any reason.

2nd: If the package is on the way, can apply for the refund within 7 days when you received the item.

3rd: If the package is delivered, can apply for the refund within 7 days when you received the item.

For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 7 days after the delivery to the shipping address. Once the item is returned to ORIVASTCN’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
